How to Convert 25 FPS or 24 FPS PGS Subtitle to 23.976 FPS

Open MkvToolNix Gui then add your PGS Subtitile

Then Click Stretch by Box.

(1) If PGS 25 FPS and Movie 23.976 FPS then enter 25000/23976 on the Stretch by Box.

(2) If PGS 24 FPS and Movie 23.976 FPS then enter 24000/23.976 on the Stretch by Box.

(3) If PGS 23.976 FPS and Movie 25 FPS then enter 23976/25000 on the Stretch by Box.


After all this Click Start Multiplexing and Wait for 100%

Now you can mux this PGS Subtitle with Movie and Enjoy
